CPU suggestions?

Hello, im new on this forum, but ive watched a few Linus videos, so i know a little about computer parts and so on. But im intrested on buying a new CPU or GPU+2/4gb RAM, for my bDay on 11 February(2015).

So for me, i have a ASUSTeK Computer INC. M4N68T-M LE (AM3) motherboard and onbuild is a W1952 (1440x900@60Hz) 64MB NVIDIA GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a (Overclocked to 185 MHz Memory and 555Mhz Core) graphics card. Picture

AMD Sempron 140 cpu (Overclocked to 3037.3 Mhz core speed, Multiplyer x13.5, Bus Speed 225.0 Mhz, HT Link 1124.9MHz) Picture

1,00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 749MHz

 

What i wan't from you guys? is suggestions on what CPU/GPU and ram can fit in my motherboard.

The price i rly dont want to reach more than 140EUR, but i can pay more.

If the product can be shiped for free, then look if its possible for Latvia/Europe. (+2UTC)

If you mean the price. Then i meant it in a way, that id like it not to reach more than 140EUR, but it CAN go over. Im just looking for suggestions. Ill pick out the best of them that suit me the best.
