Theater tech here. I have 7 of these headsets, but the cables, which I believe are proprietary, are wearing out (actors aren't exactly careful). The guy who purchased these is gone and there is no branding anywhere on the device (no model number either, probably worn off). Can anyone identify the brand of them?

Could be these...

What does the tag on the lead read?

Edit: @apollo98  Well I think they're definitely Sennheisers, since that seems to be the branding on the box/case?

The other two cables in the case are for Audio-Technica and Shure mic packs (ours are Sennheiser EW100G2's, if that matters)

Which parts of it do you need to replace? Just the cables between the headset and the transmitter unit?

Your best bet is basically to contact someone who deals with this stuff every day. For instance in the U.K. there's this place:

http://www.micronic.co.uk/store/item/774/replacement-detachable-lead-for-all-beige-ear-hook-headset-body-pack-microphones#

Otherwise if all seven transmitter packs are Sennheiser and the headsets are compatible with them then it just means tracking down the correct proprietary cable. Depending on how they've updated the technology (whether they have or not) you might find you need to look to eBay for a supplier with legacy stock, or search the internet for a liquidator that might have bought up stock if and/or when they were discontinued, but there's a chance they might have kept the form factor of the various sockets and you might just be able to get a replacement.

Basically if they've been working with Sennheiser then, if not Sennheiser, they're at least "Sennheiser compatible" in terms of the power output (although the transmitters may all be standard and just the socket proprietary). I guess it's a place to start.

Edit: from a cursory search it looks like if the headsets are Sennheiser then they have updated the profile of their headphone jacks. If they're another make then you might still be able to get replacement cabling since the jack that plugs into the transmitter I'm guessing is standard (it's just the end that goes into the headset that you have to match).

Edit: From what I can tell it seems Sennheiser are the only ones that use the screw locking jack and the other end that runs to the headset looks to be an obsolete design. You basically need a Sennheiser compatible lead with the two-pronged type jack for the headsets you have (which are either a generic brand or a discontinued Sennheiser design).

Judging by the specialist nature of the item (more so even than telephony) I'd say they're probably almost certainly legacy Sennheisers. Maybe you could contact Sennheiser?

Although having said that, these are third party (from a company by the name of AV-JEFE)...

This headset seems to have the lead your looking for (although I can't be completely certain without seeing the pins) but I'm not sure if you'll be able to get them separate from the headphones...

This is the manufacturer's website (looks like they're based out of Taiwan). If you contact them they might be able to supply you.

I can't really get a closer picture but this looks like it might be the two-pronged jack you need...

The picture's from the headset microphone section of their website: http://www.avleader.com.tw/product_Headset%20Mic.htm
