Get a PS3 Bundle or wait for PS4?

Just a quick question I wanted to ask in the forum. Should I go ahead and get the PlayStation 3 GTA V bundle that comes with the headset and game since GTA V won't be on next gen consoles or wait and save that money in getting a PS4? I'd really like a PS3 for the exclusives (I.e. The Last Of Us) but is it worth indulging on such an old platform this late when its successor is right around the corner? Just really confused. Thanks for any help you all give.

My opinion is to wait. If nothing else you will get pretty good deals on the PS3 once the PS4 is released.

ps4 is a better idea but whether its worth investing in such an old platform is a matter of opinion, if you deem the exclusives like gta v to be worth your money then maybe get the ps3 and flip it off later towards a ps4

Save the money and if the PS4 doesn't have anything you want by July of next year, get a PS3. They'll be cheaper then (more than likely) anyway.

not sure why every one is saying buy the ps4

remember what makes a console great is the games

if u never played any games on the ps3

then get a ps3

it a mature console

it has MANY great exclusives or non pc released games on it

 

this is the main reason i bought a PS2 slim

awesome games on it  and also plays PS1 games

i played silent hill one on it

also if u want to play homebrew games on it + emulators etc

find a fat one with a 3.55 firmware or older

They're not going to keep releasing games for the PS3 throughout the life cycle of the PS4. Wait for PS4.

oh thats awesome that has full PS2 emulation at 1080p i believe

also i think they play ps1 games to

 

since the GPU and CPU are both 90nm buy a cooler and leave it standing up but not on the ground so it wont take in dust

 

also i recommend changing the thermalpaste if u can

Get both? I still play MGS on my PS3, I also have Jak and Daxter. Im going to buy all the games super cheap, Nyahahaha. I suggest buy a PS3 and lots of good games on the cheap, Wait for the PS4 slim and get that one.

My say is to wait on the Ps4 because their is a lot o unanswered questions , I would go with the Gta-V bundle

It's worth remembering that if you want to play any ps3 games, you'll need a ps3 ;-) IMO, if the price is right, the ps3 has some pretty good exclusives and will be well worth it.
