Blu-Ray Internal Drive

My question is, do I even need a blue-ray internal drive or an optical drive?

Im a little over my budget, so would it be a bad idea not to buy the objects mentioned abvove?

Unless you actively want to play a blu-ray disk on your computer, it is utterly useless.

Well dvd drives are pretty cheap, but unless you are going to be putting dvd or CDs in it then it would be kind of useless. The same goes for blurays and the more expensive bluray drives.
