Where will you be putting the fans?

at the front of the case

 

Alright, SP wins here. You need the static pressure to push the air through the drive cages.

Anywhere else unless a radiator or heat sync use AF fans

with all the drive cages, I would focus on static pressure. Without the drive cages, it would be slightly better to get airflow focused fans.
