This monitor has been in my interests because of how cheap it is but I've heard a couple people say that it's not good for gaming and one person even said it was unbearable. I have never had a good monitor before I've only used a $300 laptop with a tn panel so if I bought this monitor would I be fine gaming on it and not noticing the difference. By the way I like to play FPS but I don't take them to a super serious level.

I think the experience may very well be good, but I'm used to monitors with around 6ms of pixel response time, so a 14ms panel would create smearing that I don't know if I could handle.

Listed and actual response times are usually entirely different.

the lg 34um67 will cost THE SAME in 1 month and has 75hz and freesync....

it would be stupid to get this 65 instead of that

You can buy a refurbished version for $500 and tax is $45 so if I got the new one the total would be a lot more is it worth it that much

Well, a new 34um67 will cost 570$ likely.

You have to figure it out yourself if 70$ is worth it to you to get 75hz instead of 60hz and freesync.

I dont know.

But since they advertise it as a gaming monitor im sure they have done any improvements if they were possible.

Input lag however should be much better, because it is freesync after all, and they even feel so confident that they advertise input lag in the spec sheet, which noone ever does.
