I was typing on k70 and spilled juice it started freaking out so I unplugged it. I plugged it back in and the leds flipped out and now there is nothing. Help I thought mech keys witches could do spills

Bury it in a bucket of rice.

 

If that doesn't work then it's ruined (even though it's likely ruined right now).

Uh, no not really. First all of who plugs something in after spilling liquid on it? Take off the caps and clean it.

Well Corsair won't fix it as you caused the issue.

Unplug it (again) and clean the visible liquid, then let it drip dry followed by a thorough cleaning.

 

This is what I'd do.

Why did you plug it back in? -_-

Anyways, let it drip and dry for about 4-7 days and try it again. Just hope that you didn't kill it by plugging it back in while it was still wet.

Corsair is great with RMA's but doesn't accept those kinds of RMA claims. You can try but don't have high hopes. Just be careful next time.

This is why i keep drinks off my desk at all times. If it dries up and the keys start getting sticky, i think the keyboard is pretty much done for.

Take it apart, the same thing happened to my old K70, I spilt coffee on it, so I took all the caps off and the screws and took it apart, then I got a shit ton of cotton swabs and 99% Isopropyl Alcohol and just swabbed everything. I would recommend doing the same, it's save-able but it takes some time.

I put my dirty keyboards in the dishwasher.  Works well.  Just have to let it dry.

 

I haven't (and won't) try it with my K70.

buy another K70 and don't put liquids anywhere near it
