Now that I got unlimitted download, I'm interested in running 2 or 3 game servers. Minecraft, CS:GO and Arma 3. Can anyone come up with a budget version and a normal version build?

Wouldn't go for a 'cheaper server' if you're gonna run 3 games

It seems impossible until it's done.

Ok. Off topic-ish, what about running a Minecraft server on my main gaming rig, it's in my sig.

I don't know too much, but it's more dependant on the amount of RAM and internet speed. I have 8GB RAM and rubbish internet and I found that I can host a server for like 4 people (including me) but I'm better off renting a server.

This would get you up and running with all 3 of those servers running simultaneously and very well. The catch is that there is no GPU (and no iGPU on the CPU), so you'll have to throw in a GPU whenever you're getting it set up. After it's all configured and everything such that all the stuff you want launches on startup, you can go without a GPU and just make chances by remoting in.

For a lower end, minimum:

Quad-Core i5 or xeon

8GB Ram

Fast HDD (7200RPM)

For normal:

Quad Core Xeon, or dual Quad core Xeon

16GB Ram

Either SSDs or HDDs in RAID.

Minecraft is ram intensive (and a bit cpu as well). 20 people, a few mods, will use 8GB fast for just that game. HDD space also helps when using larger maps. and then a couple cores

Arma 3 is CPU intensive. having a couple of high-clocked cores for each arma 3 instance is needed. Plus another 4-8GB ram.

Not sure about CS:GO.

If you dont expect full 100-person servers, a solid Intel Quad core i5 or xeon will probably do fine. You may just look for a used server on ebay that has a couple of dual-core xeons and a bunch of ram.

+1 on @Lotus build

Ok. So basically for a server preferably 16GB ram and a quad core Xeon CPU is what you need?

Yeah, Minecraft, sorry - forgot to specify :P. Although on mc-index you see people hosting servers manifesting that they have a 32GB ram server. I guess it's mostly that and internet speed, you don't want people getting choppy connection while they play on your server!

Well I can get the cheapest GPU out there. Like one of those like 75$ ones.

You can probably get a cheaper one than that, but I'd assume you could just use the one in your PC to get it running and then you won't need to look at a screen to make use of it - unless something goes wrong.
