So I just got a new Asus z97-A mobo and I installed all the drivers and most things are working fine now, but my internet has taken a poop.

and the weird thing is that it's only the upload. I have 1 on my desktop and when I put the same cable into my laptop I get 7...

I have no idea what it is as I re installed the drivers 9001 times already..

Anyone that can think of something?

-edit-

I downloaded something of Asus' website called "turbolan" . Got rid of it and I have full speeds.

Are you using the drivers from Asus' site? If you are, get them from the direct vendor of your LAN hardware. e.g. Realtek

Check edit :)

Oh sweet, yeah I also had problems with my PC with ASUS stuff regarding internet connectivity which I was leaning to. I had "gamefirst III" on mine which made my internet frequently drop, got rid of it and pretty much normal now. Anyways, glad you fixed the problem :)
