Need help with moving to intel

I am planning to switch from AMD 8350 to intel butt i dont know what board to go with i am thinking going with asus rampage v extreme or evga X99 classified, asrock X99 ws-e,msi X99s gaming 9ack and ihave picked out intel I7-5930k as my cpu all ready and the ram i am going with is g.skil ripjaws 4 memory model f4-2400c15q-16grk and i all ready have custom water loop runing for my amd 8350 i can just use the water block that i have just have to change out the bracket for amd to intel

1) why are you going to x99? do you have a job that requires you to do video editing or 3d rendering every day?

 

2) just look at the features of each board, and pick the one that looks best in your system and has the features you want. ASUS, EVGA, MSI are all good brands

 

3) the waterblock doesnt need to be changed, but if you DO go x99, the motherboards already have the backplate built in, so you just need to remove your AMD backplate and directly screw the waterblock into your new motherboard (using the appropriate mounting screws of course, see your waterblock instruction manual)
