Is this build upgradable to an Intel CPU and an Intel GPU

Actually its great, why? Most people get the G3258 because they don't have enough money YET to get a better processor but also doesn't have patience, so instead they get the Pentium, pair it up with a Z97 board, pray to god and save up another 200 bucks. Upgrade is as simple as swapping out the CPU. Well played Intel.

You can upgrade to a different Intel CPU. You mean Nvidia GPU? Intel doesn't make GPU's (Only integrated graphics.)

You can also upgrade to an Nvidia GPU

Z97 (LGA 1150) should be compatible with broadwell-k CPUs, Intel does not manufacture dedicated graphics and the on die GPU is a really crappy one and while it can run minecraft it wouldn't do it very well, if you want on die graphics you'd be best off going for an AMD A10-7850K (in AMDs product line up "K" CPUs indicate a black edition APU meaning that it's has some performance benefits and some extra features a non "K" sku while still is overclockable and will most likely have an on die GPU as well. (Though it must be an A4, A6, A8, or A10 to have on-die graphics) but the  7850K has the best on die GPU of all APUs since it's equivalent to about an R7 250 and can be ran in dual graphics mode with a R7 250.) If you eventually want to have something that won't exactly choke a better GPU in the future (whether it be an AMD Radeon GPU or Nvidia GTX GPU) an AMD Athlon X4 860K (Though I must note for the Athlon you'd need a gpu upfront) though it would be a pretty good option and comparable to a low end i5 or a high end i3 of the Devils Canyon/Haswell family also it is overclockable unlike the lower end of Intel's core i3,5,7 (aka Non-K or X Intel SKUs) and doesn't have on die graphics unlike most AMD APUs. Also another thing that can help upgradability is getting a higher wattage PSU.
