Is this psu good for overclocking?

 

Cooler Master v650

 

System Specs

AMD fx 8150

XFX  radeon r9 270x

ASROCK 970 extreme3

1TB and 500GB HDD'S

Corsair Vengence 8GB (1x8) RAM 

Gelid solutuions cpu cooler

Cooler master v650 semi,

Windows 8.1 Pro

couple of case fans
