I assume from where you are buying that the STRIX is more expensive than the MSI amirite? (PCX?)

Anyway, both are great cards, very quiet while MSI's is clocked slightly higher.

 

In this case, I'd lean towards MSI.

The Asus STRIX one is dead silent and can Overclock pretty well.

You can´t go wrong with any of them but I like the looks of the Asus strix more. Or take the cheapest.

MSI has the better cooler, but the card is missing a backplate (that's the only downside i can see with this card)

I'd still go with the MSI (i'm a fanboy!) but fanboyism aside, i'd stil go with MSI :P
