i was wondering if this psu was good and possibly with a mild over clock.

AMD fx 8150

AMD radeon r9 270x

ASROCK 970 extreme3

1TB and 500GB HDD'S

Gelid solutuions cpu cooler

couple of case fans

It should be more than enough.

Even with mild overclock it's still a bit too much.

A good quality 600/650W PSU will be more than a enough.

You don't need that much wattage for that spec. The XFX below is a far better unit.

It's overkill even for crossfire. A decent 500w would already have been plenty.
