Auto Refresh Program For Chrome

So Im wondering if there already is a program out for chrome that auto refreshes a page like every 10 min or something. Or if there is a way to make one. i have a very limited knowledge of mostly java and im wondering how hard it would be to make if there already isnt a add on or something that does this.

That is all there is.

Yes but im asking for something that auto does it with out me having to click or go away from what im doing elsewhere. Hence why i am asking for one.

There is nothing in crome store.

Okay then, how would i make it? I looked in the chrome store but not everything is in the chrome store.

If I recall correctly Opera has that option by default.
