Just a question

 

For me, there's a small chance, but I bet there will be a modular phone soon. And yes, when I have the money during that time, I will buy it. Even though it will be running on Andriod (i'm an iOS user. yes go bash on me).

Doubt it will be finalized for release anytime soon.

im sure they will make a perfectly good product then decide to patent it then shelf it .... cos that has never happened.

No and no, I like the idea, but with the zenfone 2 coming out I really don't feel the need for an experimental modular phone. The zenfone 2 already has everything I want from a phone at an incredible price. So maybe I'll get its successor in 6-7 years :)

It will be cool to see, but I don't think I'll get one myself. I don't find myself saying 'I could really upgrade my phone's CPU right about now.'
