verify your BIOS version and compare it with the Gigabyte website BIOS release

see if any of them is related to throttling issues

Enable HPC and disable C6 states

it seems your VRMs may be overheating

the Rev 1 of that board have poor cooling for the VRMs

rig a fan to blow on the VRM heatsinks

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

one suggestion is to zip tie a fan on the heatsinks on the mobo to keep them cool

it might help a bit

I have switch 810 and a 140 mm at the back on a fan controller. i just turn it up a bit at may 4.5 oc is stable with no drops.

Is there any software that can monitor the temps? would be nice to be able to see them rather than guessing.

i used a combination of monitor software

AMD are known to have wonky temp measurement

HWMonitor, SpeedFan and AMD OverDrive

Yeah monitoring temps i am ok with i'm asking if there is a way to measure the VM temps as that is what's causing my instability
