Care to elaborate? For a high end rig like this intel is superior.

Gaming Build:

CPU: Ryzen 7 3800x   |  GPU: Asus ROG STRIX 2080 SUPER Advanced (2115Mhz Core | 9251Mhz Memory) |  Motherboard: Asus X570 TUF GAMING-PLUS  |  RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4 3600MHz 16GB  |  PSU: Corsair RM850x  |  Storage: 1TB ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro, 250GB Samsung 840 Evo, 500GB Samsung 840 Evo  |  Cooler: Corsair H115i Pro XT  |  Case: Lian Li PC-O11

That doesnt mean you should buy a 8350 when you can buy a 5820k with your budget.

That build is incredibly imbalanced.

If you absolutely NEED an AMD CPU, then I cant help you. I don't know anything about high-end AMD stuff. I would still recommend the 5820k, though

You are making a big mistake if you go with an AMD CPU for a build like this.  Even the FX 9590 gets pummeled by any X99 Intel CPU and Z97 i7's, especially for what you will be using it for.

Unless you tell us the reason for not going with Intel, besides the fact you have had a few bad experiences with them, then you will be making a massive investment into sub par hardware.  Not saying that AMD is bad, but you won't get what you paid for in this circumstance.

He has had bad experience with intel he doesn't need to elaberate more. also I have a cheap AMD CPU overclocked to 4ghz right now and I have no issues with it there is nothing wrong with AMD at all and real world tests show very little performance difference
