No, you're using your Dark Rock Pro 3 instead. Just remember, you have to install a cooler before turning the system on at all (and also don't forget to apply thermal paste -- if it's not already pre-applied).

Use it as an ugly paper weight and save the box just in case. The stock cooler is there in case someone plans to use a cpu and not get their own cooler.

That's the free coaster/paperweight that intel includes with their box processors... It also doubles as a heatsink if you don't have one yet...
