Some things may work fine on-screen and with some programs but the Bios normally know what is safe and what it SHOULD run at and sometimes you've reached the max so it won't let you.

It boots fine sometimes in default settings.. sometimes I need to press the power/reset button several times to boot it

Actually before I manage to OC it to 4.5ghz for 2 weeks without any problems.. I just OC it for benchmark purposes and running now on stock for almost 2 months

disable xmp

manually input your stock memory frequency, timings and voltage.

i see your BCLK is set at 99.79. did you do that? set it for 100.

you need to figure out if you can run fine at stock settings before you even think of overclocking.

what is your cpu?

you should see if maybe you have a bad stick of ram, but thats not likely if you are able to prime once you do boot. possibly try booting with only one stick of ram. try either stick one at a time in  all slots.

does your board have a dual bios?

you could always try an older bios revision.

sounds like a memory issue, most likely with the board. you should be able to boot with 1-2-3 or 4 sticks of ram. especially with just one.

one of the best things you can do is pull the board out of the case and test it outside the case making sure all connections are seated securely 24 pin power and 8 pin cpu connectors very important. place the board on top of a motherboard box Without the antistatic bag under it.

Already tried that too..actually I already return the board for RMA but the technicians told me that they didn't found any problem with the board so they returned the same unit to me then after that I go to my friend's house to check the board outside the case. At first my friend manually adjust the BCLK to 100 and my PC boot normally again. So we thought the problem is already solved so I return to my home and install again all the parts but after 2 days the problem wen't back sometimes my PC won't boot I need to press the power button several times and sometimes I need to press first the reset button before the power button before it boots and now when I tried to change some settings in the BIOS there will be an error that I showed to you earlier

I'll try to borrow some mems from my friend because I don't have a spare here.. And I will let you know if it's fixes the problem.
