You can use 1 to 8 ram modules, just read your mobo's manual for installation.

Some require you to use A1 and C2 others require you to start with C2 and then A2.

do not have much money to spend on 4 ram sticks. will i be able to use 2 stick of ram till im able to aford the next 2 sticks of ram

 

Yes. But when you upgrade there may be issues running quad channel at the memory's advertised speed and timings. Worst case: you will end up running single channel at a lower speed. Best case: quad channel at advertised speed and timings with no BIOS fiddling.
