Hi Guys

To start and fyi is hard for me to get a normal distilled water from where i am and i found out one brand which also kinda confuse me (the company sells mineral water called Spritzer if anyone knows it) have a product says process distilled on its label, as what i know we can't drink a plain water if it is distilled or it can, im not sure. So i am soon building up my first ever water cooled system so i recently found one of the local lab selling distilled water lab grade. So my question is can i use these instead? the seller did mention that these is use for labs only. Please help me on this if worst come to worst i just use a coolant.

Thanks in advance

Distilled water is distilled water. You can use any distilled water for your loop and you won't die from drinking it.

Distilled water is just plain clean water, it has some electrons or something removed so that it won't be conductive. That's the only reason, they use it in labs and hospitals to make sure that the water is clean and won't make instruments rust. :)

Distilled water is H2O with vary few to no mineral content.

The mineral content in tap water or clorine if your in the citty is what hurts your blocks.

Distilled is like steam collected off off boiling water.

If you are going to use Distilled water in a loop ad a peace of silver wire.

You can buy them likliey at the same place as you did your water cooling bits.

Silver wire kills alge in you system. witch can grow in your loop.

you are thinking of de-ionized water. Distilled water means it just had its impurities removed.

You can make distilled water at home really easily, just takes patience

Yes I've heared of that but why would you do that?

Maybe someone's really thirsty and drinks a lot of water? Haha I don't know.

But anyway, you COULD die from drinking too much water.

What Blocks are you ordering.

some blocks/Rads are not recomended fore use with distilled water.

just about all rads are advised to use distilled water just because that is the most common coolant
