(Not sure if this is the right place if not I'm sorry.)

Alright so, this is my first build I have almost no idea what I want it to have besides at least 2 cpu cores and 4gb of ram.

And the budget is under $800.

And I'm going to start every line with the same letter- I've spent a good amount of time looking for a cpu and obviously I've had no luck.

Also I'm not sure what else to say so I guess I'll stop typing now.

ok what are the main uses of the PC

do you need monitor?

keyboard and mouse?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

I have a mouse but It's likely I'll get a new one I don't have a keyboard I'm using a laptop and that'd mean I need a monitor as well.

All in all 1.200 is the max budget.

I highly prefer under though because then it will be a sad lonely computer with no games.

It'd be for gaming mostly and 3d modeling and texture. (making a game slowly)

I'd like it to be able to have games with max settings but then again who wouldn't.

List of needing to buy.

Everything besides headset. (I don't even have a place to put it yet)

dragoon20005's build looks great to me for the budget.

You can cut the price down further if you purchase Windows form the reddit page or use older Windows if you got one lying around.  Also, a cheaper case can bring it down some. Newegg has a lot of them for 40$.
