Put a blanket or something over your head and use your phone under it?

Is it normal to get motion sick in a car? Cuz... You know... I might not be normal then.

Put a blanket or something over your head and use your phone under it?

Not that simple, I think. My friend wasn't able to look out the window or cover her face up. Either way she would get sick. But that was if she wasn't having the best of days. Most of the time she could do it, but it took a lot of work to not get sick.

Don't look out the windows, if anything cover the one window closest to you with a spare shirt or blanket. Just don't cover the windshield. Maybe that will help... I'm not one for getting motion sick.

I thought motion sickness was caused by a conflict of your senses,  not saying that you're wrong just don't know whether it would work. EDIT: forget that I'm talking a load of crap...

I get motion sick if we're driving in the city with start-stop driving but if we're on the open road (like a road trip) I can read or do anything just fine but if I write it's shaky because of the V8 engine powah. Mainly it's just the way you react, I'd do this:

Don't look out the windows, if anything cover the one window closest to you with a spare shirt or blanket. Just don't cover the windshield. Maybe that will help... I'm not one for getting motion sick.

But the thing is, i normally don't get motion sick, only if i look into my phone, i'm fine normally.

Don't put the phone in your lap, your neck should not be bent over.

Hold the phone up, or use something that keeps it at about eye level. Or at least ahead of you.

try resting your head on the window, and hold the phone to the edge of the seat or window so it all moves together (no micro movements that can also cause motion sickness)

Also try tilting your head down

If you are driving, don't look at your phone. If you are a passenger, looking outside every now and then really helps with motion sickness at least with me
