you can cheap out using a xeon, I've been told in the past that if somebody doesn't plan to overclock a xeon works fine

Noctua fan is overkill for a non-overclock build.

 

The S340 is a better built case, and is half price right now.

 

Kingston V-Series SSD is a no-no.

 

The rest is fine.
