Can get better for the price. 1600 CL10. Really? 1600 CL9. Better but again you can get better ram for that price or slightly more. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313325&cm_re=ddr3_2400_2x8-_-20-313-325-_-Product I think the price different is worth going with G. Skill. Trident X 2400 CL10 @ $159 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231589 Also, removable heatsinks to allow for large air coolers and more options down the road. Best ram I can find for at 200 or close to it is. 2666 CL11 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231601 Link to comment https://linustechtips.com/topic/290586-need-help-choosing-memory/#findComment-3945909 Share on other sites
 Yup, But if the OP were to remove the red heatsinks then the top of the ram is solid black, black PCB, etc. It does have the red sticker on the side. And Corsair Dom. Plats are still overpriced.
