- 1866 MHz

- Quality brand

- Red color and good looking

Where are you shopping from? Availability and pricing changes a lot in different locations.

You won't notice a difference between 9 and 10 CAS.

Kingston Fury Red series is quite good. Gave you the UK link as it's in the EU.

There's also the Corsair Vengeance Pro series if you don't mind spending more money. They'll perform the same, but they look better IMO. 

 

Between CAS and speed, 1600MHz CL10 will perform the same (as near as makes no difference) as CL8/9 1866MHz, so don't worry about the specs too much.
