Taring laptop apart

Hello, I decided to change my laptop thermal paste. But i have came to stupid screen cable, it looks like its glued to MB. Any tips?

Looks like the cable is going under the motherboard. This can be removed, provided you free up atleast one end of the cable.

The other end seems to be going around the fan. May be that end can be unplugged?. No need to completely detach the cable if one side is glued on?

Other end goes exactly in monitor. Cant see other end

You can open up the display panel. You will find this cable is going in to the LCD panel, which can be removed.

Why do you need to remove the monitor to change the thermal paste?
