Hello everyone, I had to format my computer after getting infected with a coin mining thing.

After format, I downloaded the nvidia drivers as always from their website with language selected as English US, and it seems they now don't care about your choice any more.
Now It is just downloading international drivers. Even though I changed my location and every other setting to English - US in the windows language options, the OS is still in another language. And Nvidia drivers only use the operating language. They don't care for the options of your location settings or non-uni code program language settings at all.

 

Why this is a problem? Because every solution on the internet is in English, and Nvidia probably translates their drivers to people that haven't seen computers at all. Even the Terms are being used in the language of OS installation so you can't even figure out most of the options you need to change.

I've found some old posts about deleting some files, none of them are working now. 
I hope some of you have answers about how to change the language, since microsoft sells windows as Single Language...

1) why do you need to buy another OS? just change the language in the settings...

 

2) where the hell are you buying your OS so that it costs $300? the most expensive OS, windows, is less than 100

However, in China and other emerging markets, a variation of Windows 8 without this capability, called Windows 8 Single Language, is sold.

And Pro version, the one where I can change language, costs around 250 to 300$ . There are no boxed English windows unfortunately.

This is just off the top of my head. Try a US proxy and then go to the Nvidia site and manually download the newest driver.

Temporarily crack your windows and upgrade it to pro, then change the language and download the driver.
