Hi i always watch linus on youtube and i tried following him on how to build gaming computers but i still get lost on everything sorry noobie of me but i was wondering if someone can help me build a 900-1000 usd gaming pc my parents gave me that budget for a build and so far what i read is that intel is all the way which i do prefer because my dad has a intel quad core gaming computer and it is awsome!! he has told me that will order it off of newegg and i tried many of times to do it but i always go over 1200 usd so im no good at it. I know he has the msi r9 290x i dont know which one but that thing is fast so i was wondering if someone could help me build one on newegg with the intel quad core and r9 290x to play BF4.

A but over 1000. You can opt out the CPU cooler, and maybe get a cheaper motherboard. With the prices of SSD's going down, a 256GB SSD is very affordable for almost any budget.
