You dont need a 750W psu, 500-600 would be fine as well, this one is also from Seasonic: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-ssr550rm

The motherboard will work fine for a single card configuration, and the rest of you system is looking ready for a new gpu as well. ;)

sounds like a good idea to me. also one upgrade for usability I would look into is a SSD for boot. it's going to make your computer Feel fast but won't technically improve performance. the difference is enough that I don't have a single computer using a mechanical hard drive to boot. even my media center/fileserver that never shuts down has a SSD for boot.

yeah but in reality that CPU isn't bad at all. I have the unlocked version and even at stock clocks it doesn't feel held back.

Wait until you have to render 3d vray animations

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

You got me on that one. Only rendering I do is in adobe premiere pro CC.

With my 3820 it took 3 days to render a simple 40 second animation

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

You should be fine, although a cpu upgrade is recommended

What do you mean?

So a 650 or 750 would be better?

I mean you might want to bump up the CPU due to the fact that you use 3d rendering/modeling software
