headphone storage?

I've been hanging my AD700 off a similar hook for over a year or 2

right now its off a cheap plastic shop clamp. clamped off a shelf

 

it may look fragile but that wire is 2 or 3 times stronger than coat hanger wire and it bends back to shape

so I got Audio technica's gaming headset, but im currently using a wall mounted coat hanger for my headphones, not sure how durable these ath AD-700x type frames fair well with durability or stress ...any reocmmendation on how to store these bad boys should should my elongated wallmounted hanger be fine?

Is it just a thing attached to a wall that the headband hangs off?

 

It'll be fine for sure if that's the case, provided it doesn't fall off.

 

 

 

I have an actual headphone stand for mine, but I don't really use it that much anymore.  I usually just have a pad on my desk that I lay my headphones on when I'm not using em, off to the side of my desk.

Should be fine. Most headphone holders are really just a hanger.

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.
