Forgot to mention budget is under 80

N200 or 350D. The s340 is also small enough to recommend if you're looking at matx cases.

For ATX case is source 210 good for cable management? Is it the best budget ATX case under 50?

The Source 210 is a breeze to build in but the s340 is much better.

I have the 350D and I love it every day. It's a breeze to work in, has a lot of cable management options and is not that expensive. Be aware though, if you plan to install a 2x140mm rad in the top and you have an x79 or x99 motherboard, it will be tight fit, but not impossible.
