Hey, I currently have Windows 7 installed on two hard drives. I have a bunch of applications on one of them, so I am not wiping it. The thing is though, I'm only EVER going to use one as a boot drive. The other one is just storage but it has an OS on it. Is there a way so it skips the selection?

Change the boot order to the HDD you want to boot from.

Already done, but when it boots it says

Do you want to use?

Windows 7

and you have to select one and press enter :/

Corrupt the OS files on the second HDD, delete system 32 and system.

I'm using steam on it and running games off of it, that won't affect anything right?

I can't tell you so do it on your own but I don't think it would effect.

I figured it out, I just had to set the timeout to 3 seconds so it would basically skip it :D

and man, I totally underestimated how good ssds are

Windows key + R > msconfig >  go to boot tab > remove the boot loader of the OS that is not on your SSD. (also you can reduce the time for selection)

You could install steam again to OS which is your main and relocate game folders as second steam library. Do you actually need the OS on secondary drive? Just delete it if you don't. You will need to reinstall any software that was installed on there though.
