Here is the back story.

I was doing well, making 1,000-1100 a month while in school.  I sell PC's on the side new and used and a friend contacted me to make her 2 PC's.  It was gonna cost me about 1550-1650 total including shipping and she paid me 2,000 total.  350-450.  Well I hit hard times, lost my job and got onto unemployment.  I've drained my savings a bit to make her other PC.  I bought her old PC from her for the cost of shipping.  To stay afloat I've been doing more PC's as unemployment only pays HALF what I made, plus I cannot even get another job because I am taking care of my mom who was diagnosed with cancer.  So sadly alot of the money she gave me I used to stay afloat and had to tap into credit to build her PC.  I finally do well, and BAM RL hits me and I had to pay some 900 dollars for car mait, new cell phone and a few other things.

So fast forward, I pay off all my debt and sitting on a few hundred dollars (down from 2,000).  My next check is due Wednesday for about 350 and I have a PC up on eBay.  Which means Wednesday I will be getting around 800-900 dollars.  So I was gonna ship her PC out that day, give her the 100 I owe her and give her money to ship her other PC back because the video card died (I think).  Well eBay decided to with a few hours left and my auction at 500 dollars to take down my ad because of copy write infringement.  Apparently, they thought I was selling illegal software.  I feel bad because my friend said don't worry, just send her husbands new PC and I can pay her back the 100+fix her PC when I get the money.

I feel bad, she's an older lady, plays wow pretty hard core, and has been an online friend of mine for years.  But honestly, I am done with eBay, as with PayPal they charge 13% of the total against me so my profits are nearly nothing if any after I ship.  I really might try to send this case to the ACFE and see what they can do.  Sick of eBay doing this shit, and for those of you who don't know who the ACFE is, they took down Worldcom and Enron, and I am a member of such.  I've been seeing some SHADY business practices by email the last few years, might be time for an investigation?  I am just blowing off steam but I am pretty pissed off.
