If I were to buy an AiO CPU cooler and put the radiator in the place where my rear case fan is (case only has two mounting points for fans) that wouldn't effectively take away that fan for cooling, right? It would still push air from the case out as well as heat from cooling the CPU at the same time right?

yes though it will be less effective since it has to push all the air through the rad
