custom water cooling pc

I want to do a PC table:

here my PC:

core i7 4770k 

Asus hero vi

Asus gtx 780 oc

4X2 ram [corsair] I am going to upgrade 

4tb 

240 ssd

and I want to put a custom water cooling.

i am going to buy from ebay...

and i have 2 C:

1. Is it worth for CPU and gpu??

2.I need a recommendation about it where to  buy.

Have you ever done watercooling before? Have you ever worked with wood before?

If no to either of those questions, don't do this. There's a prebuilt desk on the market I believe and you should start there.
