if you can get a 3770k for the same price as a 2500k i would definitifly go with the 3770k. But if they are all 220, you always have the same to spend on the gpu. o.O

This few days i have been searching the net . I am now in dilemma on whether to buy amd 8350 or intel 3570k . Someone say 8350 amd is more futureproof than i5 3570k as they say in future game develper might make game that use full use of six to eight core.so which is the best bang for buck processor . Btw why is intel a more popular choose for cpu ? Is it they have the intergrated graphics 4000

In no way is the 8350 more "future proof" you got to remember that these two processors preform the same in games and encoding. Get the 3570k, a good cooler, and use the rest on that gpu.

It really depends on what your using your PC for personally i use my 8350 for video encoding and 3D rendering its a little faster than the i5 at this but its the only real place that it beats the i5 . As for everyday tasks there will be no noticeable difference between the two now i also have a i5 3570k in my everyday/gaming rig its a better performer than the 8350 on around 90% of the games i play but only by around 5% or so . If you have the money and want a gaming rig go for the i5

The only difference between a politician and a criminal in patience . A criminal will try to take everything immediately where as a politician known to take it one small piece at a time

i7-950 still is a good cpu for gaming. you will see better gaming improvement by upgrading your gpu rather than mobo\cpu.
