No POST with GPU In

So I just got an AMD Radeon 5450 for my server because the onboard video is going out. I put it in and no POST. The fan runs a lot louder than normal. I've set the video output to PCI-E (Options are PCI, PCI-E and OnBoard tried all 3) The setup is in my signature as Server Rig. It works fine without the card in however. Thanks guys.

In addition to what @AlwaysFSX said, move the graphics card to another slot if possible to test it.

Does the gpu work in another system? Does a different card work in that system?

It'll isolate if it's the slot or the card.

 

 

In addition to what @AlwaysFSX said, move the graphics card to another slot if possible to test it.

Can't move the card to another slot because this board only has one PCI-E. It works in my main system however.
