silly project, but I need help

So I'm trying to do this silly project for lolz, basically I have an Acer tablet that looks a lot like an iPad Mini and I'm trying to set up Nova launcher to look like iOS, I'm almost there, but I need the opaque bar on the dock, I figure the easiest way to do this is to add it to the wallpaper image, can anyone do this for me? Or at least tell me how?
