Hi,

I have an i7 4790 + EVGA GTX 970 SC and I want to run a dual monitor setup. One monitor will be for gaming and the other will be for web browsing. I know my 970 supports multi-monitor but I was just wondering if it is possible to have the Intel HD power the web browsing monitor and the 970 power the monitor for gaming?

If not, will my 970 be able to power both monitors and still do 1080p gaming on the one monitor?

Thanks

yea you can just enable the Intel HD4600 from your mobo BIOS

look under peripherals and make sure the Onboard Graphics is set to Enabled instead of PEG/PCI-E

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

I've heard of various people having problems when both integrated + dedicated GPUs are enabled. What're your thoughts on that?
