I need some advice.

Ok a good friend of mine got some random creepy texts from some one he does not know, the person sending him the texts would ask for a minion costume,and when asked"who are you?" would reply"I am rubber you are glue",and after a few more texts the guy finally said that he is "just your everyday crackhead" and my friend getting very confused my friend texts the guy "i'm lost",the the guy says "i'll help find you",when he ask's him "how are you going to find me",the creepy guy them sends him a screen cap of this site stackoverflow.com/questions/4345535/how-to-retrieve-the-gps-location-via-sms

 

So my friend called the cops,and they told him just to block the number,we think we have blocked it(his phone is a cheap one that has weird way of blocking)It says incoming calls are blocked from that number,but it does not say if text's are blocked.

 

I googled the number of the creepy and i got a result of a small lock smith business,i even got an address from it,and google mapping it shows it is a house.

 

Is there any more i can do to help me friend deal with the creepy guy?

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

To me this seems to have gone to the point of stalking and I would push the police to do something more if your friend wants them to.  If they refuse tell your friend to ask to speak to someone higher up in the police department he would be dealing with.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

Maybe hire a bodyguard?
