Cloning Hard Drives software

brothers old hard drive is starting to go and we dont want to reinstall everything onto a new drive, so what is a decent cloning software we can use? any tips?

or should we make a system repair disc thing and redo his windows that way? we dont want to lose windows updates or drivers or any of the games downloaded because we have limited internet

I use EaseUS Todo Backup. It's free and allows backup images and drive to drive cloning, even allowing resizing the partitions from the old drive to the new one.
