Problems with battery on Android?

So my phone randomly loses battery for no reason. My phone was at 45% and i restarted it and now its at 17%. Like what happened it only took  a few seconds to boot and its not like rebooting drains nearly 30% of your battery. Also in the past i have had problems with the battery draining so fast i could literally watch the percentage drop before my eyes.

 

Anyone else ever have this problem?

I'd say to replace your battery, it is removable after all.

Yea but i'm not looking to buy a new battery because i'm sure it's going to at least 50$ i don't want to spend.
