I want to get a modular PSW. I need it to not be too long and and also 600-750 watts. Any recommendations. Also budget is ~$100

Seasonic and XFX make the best power supplies but I would look at Corsair and EVGA, they both make really good budget PSU's.

This will kind of stretch your budget but is a very high quality PSU, I use it in my system:
