Videos lagging

I dont know why streams and YT-videos keep lagging  (Twitch-streams work fine)

I tried EVERYTHING and it doesn't stop:

*Deleting chache, cookies etc etc..

*Updating everything 

*Disabling the integrated chrome flash player 
*Reinstalled serveral programs and drivers 
 

Its not my internet for sure ( speedtest: 26bits per sec) and I doubt that its my hardware : CPU  amd fx9370
                                                                                                                                             GPU  gtx gigabyte 970

                                                                                                                                             RAM 8GB Kingston HyperX 2400 mhz
                                                                                                                                             samsung 840 pro SSD

                                                                                                                                             Mainboard Asus Sabertooth 990 fx

I'm sure you mean 26Mbits?

Anyways, is it YouTube 1080p60fps? And do you have YouTube HTML5 activated?

And are you using Chrome?

How does 720p60fps work? Some small time ago 1080p60fps didn't work that well for me.. While 720p60fps works no problem.

 

FireFox doesn't have 60fps, so you can't really compare it. Unless you have the problem on 1080p and stuff like 1440p and 4K too
