What's up guys. So I am kinda new to PC gaming, and I was wondering if I could get some help with parts and such, I'm hoping to spend no more than $1400

This is the monitor I have been looking at:  http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FJCNWYA/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pd_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=34N0I7XT8PO09&coliid=ISAPGZ1YRZ3UD&psc=1

If you guys could suggest some parts, that would be awesome, thanks :)

That monitor has a 6ms response time, I would look at 1ms response time monitors. Also, is the monitor included in your budget ($1400)?

I'm not looking to play a whole lot of FPS games, otherwise, yes I would pick a different one. Haha. And no, the monitor is separate from the budget of the PC build.
