Best way to get AT2035 connected to computer

I am planning on getting an AT2035 (if you have any suggestions on a better mic those are gladly accepted aswell) as it's a microphone that is plugged in through XLR i am going to need some way to plug it into my computer, Should i get a Pre-Amp or an Interface or what? I love audio but i am not an expert, suggestions would be great! :)
