Hi there,

 

I have had like 3 issues going on with Asus North America.  Their customer support is one big labynth of endless beaucracy.   They claim that there is no direct way for ME to contact a manager/supervisor.  They claim that they have escallated my some 10 cases up the line with 5 times promising me a call back from a manager which never came.   I'm at a point where customer/technical support, online support, chat support and anyone else I can contact through email/phone/chat cannot do anything because it is beyond their pay grade and/or they do not have the ability or authority to make any decisions.

 

Does anyone know of a person(s) I can contact?  I find this terribly frustrating escecialy considering the thousands upon thousands of dollars I have spent with them over 14 years.  Currently every computer in my house (four) and business (six) have asus components in them.  I have even customized my personal computer to have RoG customable items like a CPU waterblock and backplate for my video card.    I aboslutely love their products, but their customer support is sorely lacking.

 

So if anyone has any ideas, please let me know. It is appreciated.
