Windows boot troubles with drivers

Running windows 7 on this HDD, when trying to boot into safe mode, it always stops at the ATIdriver.

I no longer have my 5570, and trying to use my GTX 650 isn't working.

 

What should I do?

Are you actually able to get into windows in safe mode? If you can uninstall the ATI drivers from there and install the Nvidia ones?

Is this the real life? Or is this just fantasy?
